These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrossView, an Atlassian Forge application developed and published by NeuralWeaves Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("NeuralWeaves", "we", "us"). By installing or using CrossView, you agree to these Terms.
CrossView is a cross-project request dashboard for Atlassian Jira Cloud. It aggregates tickets across multiple Jira and Jira Service Management projects into a single filterable, sortable view with saved views and export capabilities.
CrossView is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely within Atlassian's hosted infrastructure. It requires an active Atlassian Jira Cloud subscription to function.
CrossView is available to any Atlassian Jira Cloud customer. Installation requires Jira site administrator privileges. Once installed, CrossView is accessible to all users with Jira access on the site, subject to Jira's built-in permission model.
Subject to these Terms, NeuralWeaves grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CrossView for your internal business purposes through the Atlassian Marketplace.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of CrossView, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
CrossView's pricing is published on its Atlassian Marketplace listing. All payments are processed through Atlassian's billing infrastructure. Refunds follow Atlassian's Marketplace refund policy.
NeuralWeaves reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect active subscription terms until renewal.
CrossView's data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using CrossView, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.
In summary: CrossView stores limited configuration data (user preferences, saved views) in Atlassian's Forge Key-Value Store. No data is transmitted to NeuralWeaves or any third party. All data remains within Atlassian's infrastructure.
CrossView's availability depends on the Atlassian Forge platform. NeuralWeaves targets high availability for application-level functionality, excluding Atlassian platform outages and scheduled maintenance.
Support is available via support.marketplace@neuralweaves.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days, and to critical issues affecting production use within 4 hours during business days.
CrossView and all associated intellectual property are owned by NeuralWeaves Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. NeuralWeaves retains all rights not expressly granted.
"CrossView" is a product name of NeuralWeaves Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Atlassian, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Forge are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralWeaves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of CrossView.
NeuralWeaves' total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for CrossView in the 12 months preceding the claim.
CrossView is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
NeuralWeaves does not warrant that CrossView will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe.
You may stop using CrossView at any time by uninstalling it from your Atlassian site. Upon uninstallation, all data stored by CrossView in Forge KVS is automatically deleted by Atlassian's platform.
NeuralWeaves may terminate or suspend access to CrossView if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical due to changes in the Atlassian platform.
NeuralWeaves may update these Terms to reflect changes in CrossView's functionality, pricing, or applicable law. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of CrossView after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes that reduce your rights, we will provide 30 days' notice through the Atlassian Marketplace listing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
